As co-founder of Rally Properties, a woman-led development group in Downtown Rogers, Megan works to bring ideas to life in ways that foster collaboration, enhance public spaces, and create lasting local impact.

Working in both public art and studio settings, they use visual storytelling to enhance shared spaces, reflect local identity, and inspire dialogue. Whether revitalizing a wall with a mural or creating work that challenges perceptions, their art builds cultural connection and strengthens the communities they call home.
-Adilene Villanazul: Mortgage Loan Officer with AMC Mortgage
Serving families across Northwest Arkansas, Adilene helps buyers navigate the mortgage process with clarity and confidence, with a special focus on guiding young adults making the leap from renting to owning. Born and raised in a Mexican-American household, Adilene's passion for homeownership stems from seeing firsthand the stability and opportunity it brought to her own family. She is dedicated to making the process approachable, educational, and empowering.
